Air France and KLM will shift operations back to Terminal 4 at London Heathrow Airport on 23 March 2023. The move to Terminal 4 is at the request of London Heathrow Airport and is the result of industry capacity coming back to its nominal pre-pandemic levels resulting in potential congestion issues at Terminal 3.

•             Passengers will check in at Zone H in Terminal 4.

•             Eligible Air France and KLM customers will have access to the Plaza Premium Lounge , located on Level 2 after security (between Gate 1a and 1b).

•             They will continue to offer connections to North America with their partners Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines. Both partner airlines will remain in Terminal 3. The minimum connecting time will increase from 70 minutes to 90 minutes. Existing bookings with transfer times shorter than 90 minutes will be reviewed and customers will be contacted accordingly.
