United Airlines suspend flights to Hong Kong due to coronavirus
Days after cutting it's mainland China flights, United Airlines have now suspended their Hong Kong service as the coronavirus spreads.
The suspension will begin on Saturday 8th February and will last until Thursday 20th February but more changes are possible. More than 20,000 cases of the coronavirus have been reported worldwide.
In a statement the airline has said, "We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and make any necessary changes to our schedule,". The suspension of Hong Kong follows a similar step American Airlines announced earlier this week.
Dozens of international airlines are cutting or suspending their China service because of the virus and are continuing to monitor the situation.
Passengers are advised to check with the airline the status of their flight.
